We're 15. Our parents know about every job and are on call. If you'd rather have an adult on site, just let us know in your booking notes.
Yes — we have a gas-powered pressure washer plus scrapers, brushes, and brooms for moss prep. All we need from you is access to an outdoor water spigot.
A 400 sq ft driveway is usually 1–2 hours. A deck with heavy moss can take 3–4 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Light rain is fine — we're cleaning with water anyway. For heavy rain or storms we'll reschedule. We text you the morning of if there's any change.
We use a lower pressure setting for wood and siding. For older or fragile surfaces we'll tell you ahead of time if pressure washing isn't the right call.
We bike, so we mostly stick to SE Portland. If you're a bit outside our range and a parent can drive us, there's a small travel fee.
