I'm a local high-schooler who pressure washes concrete, brick, patios, and composite decks across SE Portland. Get an instant online estimate, then book a time that works for you.
No phone tag. No mystery quotes. Get a price online in 30 seconds.
Use my online calculator to tell me what surface, how big, and how mossy it is. You'll see your price right away.
Like the price? Accept the estimate, then pick an appointment time on my calendar. After-school and weekend slots open.
I arrive on time with my gear, get the job done, and email you a receipt. Pay by Venmo, Apple Cash, or cash — your call.
If it's outside and dirty, I can probably help. My online estimator gives you exact pricing for any of these.
Concrete cleaning with a flat surface cleaner — no streaks, no missed spots.
Concrete and stone patios and walkways. I'll get the moss out from between the cracks.
Newer brick patios and walkways. Older brick or brick with loose mortar isn't a good fit — pressure washing can damage it.
Trex and other composite decks, cleaned with a lower-PSI setting safe for the material. (Sorry, no wood decks or fences.)
I started this business to save up for summer plans — that means I actually care about every job and won't ghost on you.
I live and bike here. I know your block, and I'll be back next year if you want a follow-up.
Contractor crews charge $200–$400 for a standard driveway. I do the same job for $60–$120 because I'm keeping it simple.
I document every job. You'll get photos showing exactly what I cleaned — great for end-of-season comparisons.
Need an itemized receipt for your records? I send one after every job via email. Venmo, Apple Cash, or cash — whatever's easiest.
I don't drive yet, so I stick close to home. If you're in any of these neighborhoods I can usually be there within a few days.
I'm 15. My parents know about every job and are on call. If you'd rather have an adult on site, just let me know in your booking notes.
Yes — I have a gas-powered pressure washer plus scrapers, brushes, and brooms for moss prep. All I need from you is access to an outdoor water spigot.
A 400 sq ft driveway is usually 1–2 hours. A larger patio with heavy moss can take 3–4 hours. I'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Light rain is fine — I'm cleaning with water anyway. For heavy rain or storms I'll reschedule. I'll text you the morning of if there's any change.
Your Google Calendar confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel. You can also just text me at 503-660-8881 and I'll handle it. 24 hours' notice is appreciated — same-day cancellations may be charged a small trip fee if I've already left.
I don't pressure wash wood decks, fences, or painted siding — those have risks (paint peeling, wood splintering) that aren't worth it. For composite decks like Trex, I use a lower-PSI setting that's safe for the material. For new brick I'm careful; older brick with loose mortar I'll politely decline.
I bike, so I mostly stick to SE Portland. If you're a bit outside my range and a parent can drive me, there's a small travel fee.
Venmo is preferred (and easiest). I also take Apple Cash or regular cash. Payment is due when the job is finished, and you'll get an email receipt either way. I don't take credit cards.
I'm not a licensed commercial contractor — I'm a high schooler doing summer work, with parents looped in. I'm careful, but for big commercial jobs or fragile surfaces you'll want a pro outfit.
Text is the fastest way to reach me. I usually respond within a few hours after school.
